For years, I struggled to find the perfect piece of toast that was gluten-free, grain-free, and not filled with garbage ingredients. I discovered AWG Bakery years ago and immediately loved that it was not only a female-founded brand, but one created by someone who had struggled, like I had, to find great bread products while eating anti-inflammatory.

Hanna and I became friends after connecting on Instagram over my love of her products. Over the years, I purchased everything she made, the loaves, the rolls, the bagels, all of it, and our friendship continued to grow.

One day, I pitched her the idea of collaborating on a product together that combined my seasoning with her breads. That's how the MAEDYN by Jennifer Fisher Everything Spicy Bagels and Loaves were born. We went back and forth for months, testing and tweaking until we got the flavor exactly right.
