My favorite condiments and fridge staples
I stock my fridge with products that actually make me feel good. The biggest mistake I see people make is thinking they’re eating healthy but using the wrong condiments and add-ons. I focus on simple ingredients, no gums, no shelf stabilizers, no added sugar, and minimal preservatives. Condiments are where people mess up the most, so that’s where I pay the most attention.
I read labels every time. Less ingredients is always better. If it’s filled with things I can’t pronounce, I don’t buy it. Taking an extra minute at the grocery store saves me from feeling bad later.
