My Travel Bag
Refined Flying Essentials I’ve Perfected Over the Years.
I get asked all the time what I actually pack when I fly — the real stuff I don’t get on a plane without. Whether I’m headed to Europe or Los Angeles, this is the setup that lives in my carry-on and keeps me feeling my best
THE OUTER BAG
Everything goes in my giant Row tote:
Passport (always on one side so I know where it is — I’m a chronic passport checker)
My everyday purse with my wallet and other essentials (see What’s In My Bag)
Hair clips (to keep my hair off my face)
Lightweight Hermès scarf (my neck is always freezing)
MEDIUM TRAVEL POUCH
Eye drops: Clear Eyes or Lumify (I don’t take out my contacts when I sleep on the plane)
Advil
Clean coffee packs (I make these at home with collagen, coconut sugar and cinnamon)
Band-Aids
A little Xanax
Vitamin C
Toothbrush + my own toothpaste (use bottled water, not the tap)
Tampon
Tajin
LARGE TRAVEL POUCH
Compression socks (put these over your pants)
All chargers and cords
Wired headphones (incase my wireless ones go out)
Clean underwear (in this pouch when she shows it)
MY TIPS
Don’t sleep in jeans on the plane. Don’t fly in workout gear. Put real clothes in your bag and change once you’re seated.
Don’t drink on planes.
Bring what makes you feel clean: wipes, water, toothpaste, skincare.
Keep your setup consistent — it makes travel feel way less chaotic.
Organization saves you. So does knowing exactly where your passport is at all times
